Michel Cardena "Somos Libres?!"

Somos Libres!? was recorded and edited at the Audio-visual Center of the Erasmus University, Rotterdam, commissioned by the Museum Boijmans Van Beuningen on the occasion of Michel Cardena's exhibition from May 2 through 31 1981. The 'video parable for television' was produced by Foundation De Appel, as the second in a series of programs made by video-artists for television. On October 15 1982 Somos Libres!? was broadcast on Dutch television (Channel 1, 10.45 p.m.).
