Peter Zegveld – Dynamica Tumultus

Description

The video is the registration of the performance which took place at the deserted highway in Almere. In the middle of the highway there is a special construction made of orange containers. There is a place for the choir, the orchestra, the audience and the artist. There is also a tunnel through which cars and motorcycles race at a very high speed. Each vehicle makes particular sound and is accompanied by the sound of live instruments and voices. Peter Zegveld conducts the orchestra and the choir creates the sound sculpture.
