‘On entering the gallery, the visitor is dazzled by a bright light. A loud, low, thumping sound grows more intense the further he enters into the space. On the floor, partly picked out by the beam of light, there are playing cards. An angled mirror, in which the visitor sees himself reflected, leans against the wall behind the light source in the corner of the room. A pair of feet (those of the artist?) are visible in the narrow space between the wall and the mirror.’ (Sef Peeters, 1978)
