Hervé Fischer "Jordaners, maak uw krant"

For five succesive days, Het Parool put a page at the disposal of the inhabitants of the Jordaan, an old part of Amsterdam in which the composition of population changed rapidly. On the page they could formulate and express their problems. From September 15, an editorial room was set up at Rozenstraat 133, where the inhabitants of the Jordaan could work on their paper. Jordaners, maak uw krant, the working group of Hervé Fischer and volunteers, attended every day from 2 till 10 p.m. to give information on the project or assist with the production of the paper.
