Not Just a Collective

Description

Not Just a Collective is a multidisciplinary collective consisting of international artists, designers, researchers and makers. Our team members are Lu Lin, Alessandra Varisco, Santiago Candelo, Jiahui Feng, Heike Renée de Wit, Femke Kersten, Han Gyeol Kim, Doğa Gönüllü and Euna Lee. Centering around self-publishers, we aim to engage in discussions about artistic progress and to create a space for emerging international artists to foster accessibility and gatherings. To establish a supportive framework, Not Just a Collective has developed various publishing practices that focus on making spaces for sharing, gathering and co-learning. In this manner, the collective also hosts a series of art and cultural events in surroundings, enriching multi-disciplinary practices. Moreover, it transcends the definition of a mere collective; rather, it is a community with the goal of nurturing autonomous activities and generating open resources.
