Ni Haifeng (1994)
Description
Ni Haifeng, who came to the Netherlands in 1994, has been referring to cultural codes in both his country of birth as in his current context. Interested in language and signs, and recently as in the translation of digital photography and its mathematical symbols, he created new vocabularies through which a self portrait is deconstructed over the surface of transparent glass doors.
